Apostille Services
Documents which are already signed or stamped by a UK official or government office can normally be legalised in their original format with no further solicitor certification. Other documents require further certification by a solicitor or public notary.

Level 1 Standard Service
Documents that are issued by a government office, court, or that have been signed by a solicitor or public notary. Typically this includes, birth, death and marriage certificates, certificate of no impediment, criminal record checks, disclosure documents, certificate of good standing, certificate of residency, divorce documents and aoth court sealed papers.

Level 2 Certified Service
Documents that require our solicitor’s certification. We can certify a copy or the original version of your document. This typically includes passports, academic documents, degrees, diplomas, company documents, and other personal papers that may require solicitor certification. This is an all inclusive fee – no extra solicitor charges!
Only £66.00 per document (including solicitor fees)
In a Hurry?
Our normal service will see your documents processed in only 3-4 working days. However, if you need a 2 day service for urgent apostilles we can provide this at an additional charge if you need your document legalised with a tight deadline.

Multiple Documents
It is often acceptable to bind several related documents together with one Apostille. Our solicitor can legally bind several documents together with one cover sheet to legalise your documents as a set. This often applies to education certificates and company documents. We regularly save customers money by collating documents as a set. Sets of documents are charged at
